Refund policy
I have a 7-day return policy; this means a refund must be requested within 7 days of the order showing as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with all labels intact. Items will be inspected and weighed upon receipt of the return.
To start a return, contact Erin at erin@pvdglitter.com. You are responsible for the return shipping expense and appropriate packaging to prevent any damage to items. The refund will be for the price of items less any discounts used. No refund will be given for the original shipping charges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on clearance/discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges at this time.
Refunds
After the return is received and determined to be unused and untampered with, you will be refunded to your original payment method. If the item is not returned in its original condition, I will not be able to refund. Once I have refunded on my side, it can take up to 7 business days for your payment provider to process and post the refund.
