The term "business days" includes Mon-Fri. It does not include weekends or holidays; please plan accordingly.

When will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped same/next day, but under some circumstances such as sales events, it may take up to 5 business days to ship.

How long after shipping will I receive my items?
I ship all packages with USPS. Shipping to the United States takes normally 2-5 business days. International shipments will take longer. You can track your package using the USPS tracking number provided in your shipping email. On occasion I will use UPS instead of USPS but only if UPS is considerably less expensive and does not extend the shipping time to you.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout depending on weight of your items. All items under 14 ounces are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Items over one pound are either shipped Priority Flat Rate, Priority Cubic, or Ground Advantage (except international orders). In my experience, Ground Advantage and Priority Shipping arrive at destinations at the same speed, so I don't offer shipping upgrades as it's typically a wasted expense to the customer. 

My shipment hasn't moved in a few days; what can I do?
If your tracking has not updated in 4 days, I suggest signing up for text/email alerts through USPS for your package. This seems to knock most packages loose. If it hasn't moved in 14 business days, you can either start a package search on the USPS website or contact me and I can start it for you. This also has a habit of turning packages loose. USPS typically experiences shipping delays during the holidays, so during this time shipping delays can happen more often.

I entered the wrong address at checkout; what do I do?
If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for reshipping the order. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. You can intercept the package on the USPS website and are responsible for the fees. If the package comes back to me, I will reship the order but you will be responsible for paying another shipping charge. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address, I will do my best to work with your post office to recover the package and get it to you. If it's unable to be recovered and shipping protection was not purchased, I will not be able to refund or replace your order free of charge.

My package was damaged when it arrived to me; what do I do?
If there is any damage to your package and the items inside, please contact me IMMEDIATELY and send pictures of the package, the shipping label, and the damage to items. USPS insures packages up to $100; I will handle all USPS insurance claims as long as all the information is sent to me. If pictures cannot be provided of the package, damaged items, or shipping label, I am not responsible for refunding or replacing items. If the package is over $100 and shipping protection was purchased, I will also handle the claims as long as the information is sent to me.
